Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing technical expertise to support sales processes, performing product demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and providing post-sale technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales-related skills
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical customers clearly and efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset and capability to address complex technical challenges
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in the medical or aesthetics equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is required
