Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts across our hospitals in Abu Dhabi. In this strategic role, you will drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier healthcare and non-clinical professionals who align with our vision of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across clinical and non-clinical functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage and enhance the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all new hires.
- Implement and refine talent acquisition metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing requirements (DOH/HAAD).
- Act as a brand ambassador for Capital Health, representing the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector in the UAE.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, employment regulations, and healthcare licensing in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience leading strategic recruitment campaigns and delivering against tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic as a native speaker is required
