 We’re Hiring | Senior Product Manager – Healthcare RCM

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Healthcare RCM to lead our Health Claim Management Solution across UAE & KSA, bridging business, engineering, AI/ML, data, and QC teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
Translate business requirements into user stories, journeys, functional specs & BDD/Gherkin acceptance criteria.
Drive compliance with Malaffi, Nabidh, NAPHIES & CHI.
Manage payer/aggregator integrations.
Identify AI/ML opportunities such as automated coding, fraud detection & predictive analytics.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI/ML & QC teams.
Lead product-side client implementations, demos & training in Arabic/English.

🔹 Requirements

5+ years in Healthcare IT Product Management, specifically RCM or Health Insurance.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM, CPT, ACHI, e-Claims, remittance, approvals & denials.
Technical fluency in APIs, Swagger/Postman, JSON & data flows.
AI/ML product experience is a strong plus.
Arabic & English proficiency mandatory.
Strong documentation, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.

Nice to Have: PostgreSQL/SQL, Product Management certification, Figma/Balsamiq.
