Role Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Representative for Medical Accessories to join our expanding team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Cairo, offering flexibility for partial remote work. The successful candidate will support sales operations, provide technical consultation, and ensure customer satisfaction in the field of medical and biomedical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to promote and sell medical equipment solutions.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries, offering expert-level communication and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfilment and after-sales service.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, related to the field.
• Experience in medical Accessories sales or the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of technical support and biomedical technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Being very good in English and Arabic is a plus.
• experience (from 0 to 2 years of experience), fresh graduates are welcome
• the required areas are( Giza, Alex, Sharqia, and Upper Egypt),
