Product Specialist – Skincare – Pharma Oman

We’re Hiring: Skincare Product Specialist – Oman

Al Khayyat Investments is looking for a Skincare Product Specialist to support the growth of our skincare portfolio in Oman.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in pharmacy, medical sales, skincare, pharma marketing, or healthcare product promotion, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, medical centres, and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote skincare products to clinics, medical centres, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, decision-makers, and key customers.
• Conduct product detailing and communicate product benefits effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and support product enlistment with relevant accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth in the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market updates, pricing changes, and customer needs.
• Support marketing activities, product training, workshops, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain updated customer records and submit visit reports, weekly plans, and sales updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, skincare, medical detailing, or pharma marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
