Medication Delivery Solutions

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.

About The Role

As a Product Specialist you will be responsible to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of BD MDS portfolio to meet required sales growth targets. You will be responsible for specified accounts to define the account strategy /plans & expand current revenue by improving patients’ accessibility to BD products.

Job location – Riyadh, KSA

Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Identify customer strategy and product portfolio to develop the business by identifying new growth opportunities, set strategy and implement with internal BD teams.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs. Ensuring the right levels of Ethics, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory and Legal requirements.
  • Lead and monitor the business performance of the account against budget and implement the sales strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Work on demand generation with specific accounts by partnering with the end users and providing them with information and practices related to BD MDS products
  • Map the end users across accounts to ensure the right engagement, timing, and resources allocation.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure needed support
  • Build and constantly update accurate forecast for IMS (in-market sales)

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical, healthcare, or business administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical devices/medical consumables is a must.
  • Proven record of success with end to end sales process, from forecasting, planning, closing to delivery.
  • Excellent customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
