Role Description

The Sales Manager – Private Sector will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the private sector. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and preparing accurate sales reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify, approach, and close deals with new clients
  • Expertise in market analysis, strategy development, and sales forecasting
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
