Job Description
We are looking for Resubmission and Reconciliation Officer for Gaelan Hospital.
Location: Sharjah
Relevant UAE Experience: Demonstrated experience in the UAE, particularly within Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Certification: Possession of relevant coding certifications.
Claim Processing Expertise: Proficient in submission, resubmission, and reconciliation of claims.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and familiarity with RCM systems.
RCM Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes.
Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Pre-Approval Knowledge: Understanding of and willingness to engage in pre-approval processes.
Adaptability: Capability to perform across various RCM processes as required by the department.
