Job Purpose:

To coordinate and execute supply delivery operations at government health facilities, ensuring adherence to schedules and accurate documentation of all logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Conduct site visits to hospitals to facilitate delivery operations and ensure onsite requirements are met.
  • Coordinate supply appointments and maintain a follow-up log for approved or rescheduled deliveries.
  • Attend delivery sessions to assist in the process and provide immediate solutions for any minor logistical issues.
  • Collect and verify all delivery notes and invoices from authorized parties for official record-keeping
  • Perform timely updates of final receipts and transaction data into the SAP system
  • Provide regular updates and daily status reports regarding supply progress and any field observations.
  • Assist in tracking the status of financial claims and ensuring all supporting documents are submitted
  • Provide basic guidance to junior team members or direct reports to ensure tasks are completed according to standard procedures.
  • Perform other related operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management or any related field.

Minimum Experience:

Fresh graduates.

Skills:

  • Ability to handle on-site delivery discrepancies and resolve logistical issues independently and efficiently.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple delivery schedules and prioritize hospital visits to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and government delivery protocols
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
