The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The role focuses on delivering safe and effective nursing services aligned with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and organizational standards, ensuring an excellent patient and family experience
Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial Nursing Assessments: Perform thorough patient evaluations according to clinical guidelines and facilitate necessary medical referrals.
• Provide Holistic Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while considering cultural and socioeconomic factors.
• Administer Medications & Treatments: Manage and administer medications, including vaccines, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Ensure Patient Safety & Best Practices: Promote a safe healthcare environment by following clinical guidelines, policies, and best evidence-based practices.
• Utilize & Maintain Medical Equipment & Supplies: Efficiently manage clinical equipment, material resources, and medical store monitoring.
• Document & Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and accurate records, escalate care when needed, and facilitate seamless patient transitions.
• Educate & Support Patients and Families: Implement patient education plans from admission to discharge, ensuring safety, care management, and preventive health measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification
• Holder of United Arab Emirates Medical License (DOH/DHA/MOH)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Have Basic Life Support (BLS)
