DOH licensed Registered Nurse for Homecare

Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DOH licensed Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team. In this role, you will provide personalized nursing care in patients’ homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will play a vital role in supporting patients with chronic illnesses, post-surgical care, and other medical needs in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols in the homecare setting
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families

Requirements

• Valid DOH (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in homecare nursing or community health nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Compassionate with a patient-centered approach to care
• Proficient in documentation and healthcare software
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
