Role Description The Registered Nurse role at New Age Clinic is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Ain. The nurse will provide direct patient care for aesthetic and dermatology procedures, including preparing clients for treatments, assisting physicians, and monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, documenting medical histories, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols. The nurse will administer medications and treatments as ordered, educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and wellness practices, and respond promptly to any patient concerns. Collaboration with physicians and other clinical staff to support smooth workflow, high-quality outcomes, and an excellent patient experience is central to this role.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- Clinical experience in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic procedures, or related outpatient settings; strong patient assessment and monitoring skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain infection control standards, and operate or assist with advanced medical and aesthetic equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, provide compassionate care, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including accurate charting, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple patients and tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, ethical practice, and continuous professional development; flexibility to work clinic hours as required.
- Previous experience in a private clinic, wellness center, or hospital outpatient department is an advantage; fluency in English required, additional languages are beneficial.
