Regional Sales Manager 

Job Description

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager – Pharma company

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.
-Build and manage strong relationships with key clients across the region.
-Support and guide own and distributor teams in achieving performance goals.
-Coordinate internally with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and production departments to ensure smooth market operations.

Required Criteria:
-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or related field.
-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in sales management role.
-Strong knowledge of GCC & Levant pharmaceutical markets.
-Proven track record of achieving sales growth and building successful partnerships.
-Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Fluency in English and Arabic.
