Job Purpose

responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent in alignment with organizational workforce requirements. The role supports timely staffing of clinical and non-clinical positions while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, healthcare sector requirements, and internal recruitment policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Organizational Accountabilities:

  • Supporting organizational staffing needs through effective recruitment processes
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements
  • Contributing to timely hiring and workforce continuity, particularly in critical healthcare roles
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and documentation
  • Promoting fair, ethical, and transparent recruitment practices
  • Supporting employer branding and candidate experience

Functional Accountabilities:

  • Recruitment Planning & Sourcing
  • Perform recruitment activities for clinical, administrative, and support roles
  • Coordinate manpower requests and ensure approvals are obtained prior to recruitment
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and internal databases
  • Candidate Screening & Selection
  • Screen CVs and applications against job requirements and qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Support assessment, selection, and offer processes
  • Healthcare Recruitment Compliance
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Verify professional licenses, certifications, and credentials (e.g., SCFHS)
  • Support recruitment of Saudis in line with Saudization (Nitaqat) targets
  • Offer Management
  • Prepare and issue job offers in coordination with HR and compensation teams
  • Recruitment Systems & Reporting
  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in HRIS / ATS
  • Generate recruitment reports including time-to-hire, vacancy status, and Saudization metrics
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is accurate and audit-ready
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors
  • Support participation in job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience within the healthcare sector or a regulated environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements
  • Experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare role
  • Familiarity with HRIS / ATS systems and recruitment reporting
  • Experience coordinating credentialing and licensing processes

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).

SHRM-CP or CIPD (Preferred).

Talent acquisition or recruitment certifications (Preferred).

Training in Saudi labor law or HR compliance (Preferred).
