🔥 What You Will Do

• Recruit globally (logistics, supply-chain, export/import, trading, agronomy)

• Use AI tools + ATS + sourcing automation

• Build international talent pipelines from scratch

• Work directly with global teams

• Support massive company growth

• Work REMOTE if you prefer — we support flexibility

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in Recruitment

• Strong digital sourcing skills

• Experience hiring for logistics/supply-chain/agro/trading roles = big plus

• Organized, proactive, globally minded

• English C1+ (mandatory)

• Someone who thinks: “Give me a tough vacancy — I’ll fill it.”
