We are looking for a highly active, polished, professional and client-focused Receptionist & Sales Coordinator to join our team at JMED Clinic.

This is a front-facing role combining reception management, patient coordination and sales. We are looking for someone who is confident, well-presented, organized and naturally warm with clients, with the ability to create a refined and welcoming first impression from the moment they enter the clinic.

Professional fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients professionally and ensure a smooth, premium front-desk experience

Manage reception activities, appointments, calls and WhatsApp communication

Coordinate patient bookings, treatment schedules and follow-ups

Support clients before, during and after their appointments

Explain clinic treatments and services clearly and confidently

Handle upselling and cross-selling opportunities in a professional, client-focused manner

Follow up with leads and existing clients to support bookings and conversions

Maintain accurate client records and appointment information

Coordinate closely with therapists and the internal clinic team

Support daily administrative and reception operations

Maintain a polished, organized and welcoming reception environment

Requirements

Previous experience in reception, customer service or sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in sales, upselling and client conversion

Professional, polished and well-presented approach

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable communicating with clients in person, by phone and via WhatsApp

Ability to remain composed, attentive and professional in a premium client-facing environment

Experience in an aesthetic, beauty, wellness or medical clinic is an advantage

The ideal candidate understands that reception is more than managing appointments. You will be an important part of the client experience, building trust, coordinating patient journeys and supporting the clinic’s sales performance while representing the standards and image of JMED Clinic.
