Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Heliopolis. The Receptionist will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and maintain a professional and friendly front-desk presence. Daily tasks include answering and routing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating patient flow with dental staff, and handling basic inquiries about services and policies. The role also involves managing patient records, filing and data entry, processing payments, and keeping the reception area organized. The Receptionist will support overall clinic efficiency by communicating clearly with patients and team members and ensuring a smooth, respectful experience for everyone visiting the center.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing appointment schedules.
• Solid clerical skills, such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and basic office administration.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
• Comfort using computer systems and practice management or scheduling software; willingness to learn new tools.
• Prior experience in a dental, medical, or front-desk setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Heliopolis and communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
