– Greet and assist visitors
– Manage phone calls, emails, and messages
– Handle check-in/check-out processes
2. *Administrative Tasks:*
– Maintain records and databases
– Prepare reports and documents
– Manage office supplies and equipment
3. *Customer Service:*
– Provide excellent customer service
– Address inquiries and concerns
– Resolve issues promptly
4. *Communication:*
– Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external parties
– Relay messages and information accurately
📌 *Requirements:*
1. *Education:* High education
2. *Experience:* 1-2 years of medical field
3. *Skills:*
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
– Friendly and professional demeanor
