JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Educations and Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Professional certification in healthcare revenue cycle, medical coding, or billing is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 year’s experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience in LTC, rehabilitation, or hospital settings preferred
SKILLS AND PORFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
-Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes
-Knowledge of medical billing, and claims management
-Denial management and reconciliation expertise
-Revenue analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
LANGUAGE:
- Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English languages
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (But not limited to)
- GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
-Supervise daily RCM operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
-Support revenue optimization and compliance across Baraya facilities
-Act as a liaison between finance, clinical teams, and insurers
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supervise billing, claims submission, and follow-up activities
-Ensure accurate patient charges, invoices, and statements
-Monitor timely submission and resubmission of claims through NPHIES
-Manage claim denials, rejections, and appeals
-Coordinate eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, and coverage checks
-Monitor collections, aging reports, and payment reconciliation
-Prepare revenue cycle reports, dashboards, and KPIs
-Ensure compliance with payer contracts, tariffs, and policies
-Train, coach, and evaluate RCM staff performance
-Support audits, inspections, and financial reviews
