📢 HIRING – RCM Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Al Ain, UAE
looking for a motivated and result-oriented RCM Marketing Executive to support our healthcare revenue cycle management business growth and client acquisition activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare RCM sector
• Generate leads and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare organizations
• Promote RCM services including medical billing, coding, denial management, and revenue cycle solutions
• Coordinate with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable service solutions
• Arrange client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Support marketing campaigns, business proposals, and company branding activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project coordination
• Prepare marketing reports, lead tracking, and business development updates
🔹 Skills & Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare marketing / RCM business development preferred
• Knowledge of Medical Coding, Billing, and RCM processes is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers
• Good presentation and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, reporting, and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets
