General Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree/Medical Course graduate.
2. Background in insurance section.
3. Familiarity in policies and procedures.
4. Familiarity with medical terminologies.

1. Supervise the care management protocols.
2. Oversees administration of medical services to Insurance and corporate patients or/and customers of the hospital.
3. Liaises with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, reconciliation and other requirements.
4. Organize training session for concerned employees to develop their understanding of insurance policies and condition.
5. Designs, updates and implements policies, procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy in insurance
operations.
6. Ensures that the insurance schemes are up to date on the system.
7. Conducts weekly departmental meetings with staff for updates and to educate them on new work methods.
8. Attending and organizing the insurance presentation internally and externally.
9. Provide the necessary guidance and on-job coaching and in-service training for the staff under direct supervision.
10. Report any abnormalities might notice to the security and/or concerns department.
11. Assume new responsibilities as and when needed.
12. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
