Job Title: Quality Specialist (Healthcare)

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our hospital team and support the continuous improvement of healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation frameworks, while driving initiatives that enhance patient safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on healthcare quality indicators and performance metrics.
  • Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments in line with hospital policies and accreditation standards.
  • Identify gaps in quality processes and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to support evidence-based quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Support preparation for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in healthcare quality or hospital operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
