Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise quality control and review activities across clinical operations.
- Oversee implementation of clinical, utilization, and medical documentation review processes.
- Support national and international accreditation readiness and compliance.
- Promote a culture of person-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality tools and best practices.
- Act as a representative for SGH with accreditation bodies and excellence awards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, nursing, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in healthcare quality or administration (preferred).
- 4+ years of relevant experience in quality review or clinical audit functions.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and quality systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
