Description:

The Product Specialist – Immunology is responsible for promoting Hikma’s Immunology portfolio to healthcare professionals, delivering scientific product knowledge, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. The role requires developing a deep understanding of the Immunology therapeutic area, identifying customer needs, and executing territory plans to maximize brand performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Hikma’s Immunology products to healthcare professionals through regular field visits.
  • Deliver accurate scientific and clinical information to support product positioning and appropriate patient care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other stakeholders within the assigned territory.
  • Execute the territory business plan to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Identify business opportunities through customer insights, market analysis, and competitor monitoring.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Medical, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Immunology therapeutic area, clinical guidelines, product data, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in scientific meetings, product training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives to strengthen technical expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all applicable quality, health, safety, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or an equivalent life sciences discipline.
  • 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; experience in Immunology, Specialty Care, Biologics, or Hospital Accounts is preferred.
