Product Specialist – Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical and dermatology products to healthcare professionals across Dubai. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and disciplined field execution. Candidates must have at least one year of Dubai market experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail assigned pharmaceutical, dermatology, and OTC products to physicians, dermatologists, pharmacists, and clinic staff.
• Achieving monthly sales targets, call rate benchmarks, and coverage KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across assigned territories.
• Conduct daily field visits, product presentations, and in‑clinic training sessions.
• Ensure proper visibility, availability, and merchandising of OTC products in pharmacies.
• Implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and sampling programs.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily reports, call logs, and territory insights using CRM tools.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, ethical promotion, and regulatory adherence.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai market experience as a Medical Representative. (mandatory).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, or Medical related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a structured daily field plan.
• Dermatology and OTC experience are preferred
