Requirements as follows:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.

Experience:

• 1- 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferrable in Oncology.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• High level of emotional intelligence, especially in dealing with oncology professionals.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and owns a car.

• Willingness to travel frequently (locally or regionally).

• Ability to work flexible hours, especially when attending medical conferences, scientific meetings, or hospital visits.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages may be an advantage depending on the market.
