We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Specialist with proven experience in the aesthetic and dermatology field.

Ideal candidates must have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist within the

dermatology/aesthetic sector.

• Strong scientific knowledge and product presentation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of English & Arabic, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related medical field.

• Field-based role covering assigned territories in Egypt

Job Overview:

The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting Nova Lead’s aesthetic portfolio to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The role focuses on driving product

awareness, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships through scientific promotion and excellent field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Nova Lead products to targeted healthcare professionals and achieve assigned sales objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, clinics, and

hospitals.

• Execute the daily field visit plan and ensure effective territory coverage.

• Deliver scientific product presentations and communicate product value effectively.

• Identify business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

• Organize and support scientific meetings, workshops, and promotional activities.

• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit timely activity and sales reports.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Management to execute promotional plans.
