Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS) is the health information exchange operator behind Malaffi, the UAE’s pioneering platform connecting public and private healthcare providers across Abu Dhabi. By securely consolidating and sharing patient health records, ADHDS empowers clinicians with real-time insights, enhances care coordination, and supports safer, more efficient, and more personalized treatment. Through its data-driven approach, ADHDS also advances public health planning, research, and innovation, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a leader in digital health transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each ADHDS solution/parcel launch
- Create comprehensive activation campaigns and promotional roadmaps aligned with product release schedules
- Manage feature launches and new product introductions across all solutions
- Develop product-specific messaging, positioning, and value propositions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, technology, marketing, clients) for successful launches
- Execute multi-channel activation campaigns including in-app promotion, partnerships, digital marketing, and community engagement
- Create product marketing materials including feature guides, demo videos, infographics, and user tutorials
- Track and analyze product adoption metrics, user engagement, and campaign performance
- Optimize activation strategies based on data insights and user feedback
- Support user onboarding initiatives and engagement programs
- Coordinate with the Digital Media Buyer on product-specific digital advertising campaigns
- Develop case studies and success stories showcasing solution impact
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing & Communications or relevant qualitications
- 3-5 years in product marketing, digital marketing, or marketing activation
- Proven track record in B2B or B2G product launches and go-to-market execution
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or digital transformation sectors preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
- Experience with user adoption strategies and engagement programs
- Familiarity with digital health products or SaaS solutions is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
- Understanding of government stakeholder engagement and public sector marketing
