Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Division

Job Description

🔹 Job Summary:

GT Medical is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead our VMS and pharmaceutical portfolios. This role will own product strategy, drive market execution, and deliver measurable business growth.

🔹 Reporting to: Marketing Manager

🔹 What You Will Do:

  • Build Business Cases: Identify and structure top-priority business cases to expand our VMS portfolio into new markets.
  • Execute 360-Degree Marketing: Lead the design and rollout of targeted marketing plans that solve specific customer needs.
  • Drive Promotions: Design and oversee brand promotions within a structured and effective promotional calendar, in line with approved budgets.
  • Leverage Data: Conduct market research to assess customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, utilizing data sources like IQVIA where applicable.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements (SFDA) for medicines and VMS products.
  • Analyze sales performance by channel/account, conduct market visits, and generate reports with actionable insights on execution, visibility, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Develop and validate sales targets and forecasts by channel, region, and month in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor the Field: Conduct regular market visits. Audit channel execution, brand visibility, and POS material implementation.
  • Align Sales Teams: Equip and motivate the sales force. Develop and validate their sales targets by channel and region.
  • Manage Budgets: Allocate the A&P budget to maximize ROI. Define clear KPIs and correct course immediately when metrics fall short.

🔹 What You Need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Pharma or VMS marketing.
  • Documented history of launching products and growing market share.
  • Established engagement history with physicians and pharmacists.
  • Solid understanding of the local regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals and VMS products.
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in market analysis models (like PESTEL), sales forecasting, and cross-functional project management.
  • Strong relationship management skills with key stakeholders and strategic customers.
