Job Description
* Communicating with insurance companies to get medical approvals and respond to medical inquiries.
* Following up on internal department cases and requests and obtaining approval from the insurance company in case of extension requests
* Delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers.
* Revise the data of insured patients with data provided and attached to avoid any rejections.
* Updating the patient’s file and claims that require approval.
Qualifications:-
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 1-3 years of experience
