We’re Growing – Join Our Team as a Physiotherapy Assistant!

At The Aeon Clinic in the stunning Atlantis The Royal, Dubai, we’re on a mission to redefine rehabilitation and longevity-focused care. Now we’re looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapy Assistant to join our dynamic team!

Desired Knowledge & Skills:

– Great interpersonal and communication skills to give clear instructions and build trusting patient relationships.
– Able to simplify medical details for patients.
– Compassionate, sensitive to patient needs, and able to communicate smoothly with healthcare teams, relatives, and carers.
– Contribute to shaping therapy standards and ensuring they’re consistently met.
– Deliver international‑standard physiotherapy services, including treatments and interventions.
– Ready to join on‑call and weekend rotations, and step up on public holidays when needed.
– Actively participate with the HOD in development activities to meet service and personal growth goals.
– Flexible and ready to take on other clinical duties as requested.
– Assist our Physiotherapy HOD during treatments, guide exercises, set up and operate equipment, and keep sessions flowing smoothly.
– Liaise with the Front of House team to keep bookings, reschedules, and follow‑ups on track.
– Be that friendly face and helping hand that keeps our clinic buzzing with positive energy.

What makes you perfect for this role?

– Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy
– Minimum 2 years’ experience
– DHA license or Eligibility Letter
– Caring, compassionate, and a clear communicator
– Able to explain and apply therapy steps simply and encouragingly
– Good Microsoft Office skills
– Fluent in English (bonus if you speak Arabic, Russian, or have extra certifications!)
