Job Description

Responsibilities:

• – Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs
• – Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients’ specific conditions and goals
• – Implement appropriate physiotherapy techniques and interventions to facilitate recovery and enhance patients’ overall physical function
• – Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process and adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes
• – Provide guidance and education to patients and their families about recovery strategies, preventive measures, and self-care practices
• – Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• – Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• – Stay informed on the latest physiotherapy research and practices to improve patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA license to practice in the UAE
• Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a Western healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment techniques and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with patients
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of physiotherapy
