About the job
We are seeking a highly capable physician to join a modern, AI-enabled clinical platform focused on personalized health, preventive medicine, complex case analysis, and clinical innovation.
This is not a traditional clinical role.
The successful candidate will work directly with the founder, supporting patient care through clinical analysis, personalized health planning, AI-assisted report generation, research, and health management systems.
This role is ideal for physicians who are excited by the future of medicine and want to combine clinical practice, technology, research, innovation, and personalized healthcare in a meaningful way.

About the Role
The role combines three core areas:
1. Clinical Intelligence & Patient Support (Primary Focus)
- Review and analyze patient histories, laboratory data, imaging, and medical records
- Conduct patient consultations and structured history-taking
- Develop and refine personalized health plans using established clinical frameworks
- Utilize AI tools and technology platforms to support clinical analysis and report generation
- Present findings and recommendations to patients clearly and professionally
- Support patient follow-up and ongoing care coordination
- Help maintain a consistently high standard across all patient reports and deliverables
2. Personalized & Preventive Health Management
- Organize complex health information into clear and actionable plans
- Track preventive care timelines, screenings, laboratory testing, and follow-up requirements
- Build and maintain structured health records and dashboards
- Coordinate testing, appointments, and health-related logistics when required
- Support the development of a proactive, prevention-focused approach to healthcare
3. Research & Clinical Innovation
- Review and summarize emerging medical literature and clinical developments
- Evaluate new diagnostics, technologies, and preventive health strategies
- Distinguish evidence-based practices from trends and low-quality information
- Contribute to development of internal clinical frameworks and protocols
- Participate in clinical research initiatives, case reports, publications, and knowledge-generation projects
- Support the organization’s ongoing commitment to innovation and evidence-based medicine
Supporting Responsibilities
- Conduct physical examinations when required
- Assist with in-person patient assessments
- Support development of systems, workflows, templates, and operational improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement across clinical and operational processes
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Strong clinical foundation in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or General Clinical Practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English proficiency
