Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in physical medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Professional Classification and Registered in “Saudi Commission for Health Specialist” as PM&R Consultant
- A minimum of 8 years of medical/clinical experience in rehabilitation or extended care settings.
- Proven expertise in managing neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
- Knowledge of the latest rehabilitation techniques and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to diagnose their physical impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized rehabilitation treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and patient outcomes accurately and timely.
- Stay updated with advancements in rehabilitation medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, team meetings, and hospital committees.
- Provide consultation and expert opinion to other healthcare providers regarding complex rehabilitation cases.
