🏥 We’re Hiring: Pharmacy Supervisor – Inpatient (IP)

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily inpatient pharmacy operations
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff
• Ensure accurate dispensing & stock management
• Maintain regulatory and hospital compliance
• Provide clinical support to medical teams
• Assist in budgeting & reporting
• Collaborate across departments

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ hospital pharmacy experience in the UAE
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• DHA License or eligibility is a plus
