Job Description

The Pharmacy Merchandiser is responsible for optimizing product placement, inventory aesthetics, and promotional displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience across Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and supplier promotions.

Monitor stock levels, planograms, and shelf allocation to ensure optimal product visibility.

Coordinate with procurement and category managers to manage inventory turnover and reduce dead stock.

Analyze sales data to recommend product placement adjustments and promotional campaigns.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in branding, pricing, and display standards.

Train pharmacy staff on new product launches and merchandising best practices.

Ensure all displays comply with UAE health regulations and pharmaceutical codes of conduct.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years in pharmacy retail merchandising or FMCG within a healthcare setting
