Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Pharmacy In Charge. The Pharmacy In Charge will oversee pharmacy operations, including the management of prescriptions, supervising pharmacy technicians, fulfilling compounding requirements, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and establishing efficient workflows to guarantee optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pharmacy, including knowledge of medications, Narcotics , drug interactions, and inventory management.
• Experience in handling and processing prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and manage Pharmacy Technicians in the daily operations of the pharmacy.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
• Experience in pharmaceutical compounding and applying appropriate techniques and standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance for pharmacy operations and healthcare industry guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; DHA is required.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
