As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our pharmacy services and looking for a Junior but experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed UAE Junior Pharmacist who demonstrates strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first mindset.

🛂 Candidates with own visa preferred

🚘 UAE Driving License is an added advantage

🕒 Ready to work in split shifts and reside near the pharmacy for immediate joining

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately in compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and precautions
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supplier orders efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation, billing, and insurance coordination
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure integrated care
• Uphold Bloom Plus standards of ethical and professional practice

Qualifications

✅ Valid UAE Pharmacist License (DHA / MOH / DOH)

✅ Prior experience in retail/community pharmacy in the UAE

✅ Strong understanding of prescription validation and insurance processes

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Languages: Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic will be given preference

✅ Preferably on own visa

✅ Immediate availability is must
