Role Description

• Perform and supervise all compounding activities.
• Prepare customized medications.
• Ensure accurate calculation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health authority requlations.
• Oversee batch documentation and compounding records.
• Supervise room Operations.
• Ensure proper storage conditions.
• Monitor expiry dates and stock levels.
• Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pharmaceutical compounding, including formulation and preparation of customized medications
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality control processes
• Strong skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and maintaining patient safety standards
• Experience with inventory management and ensuring proper storage of compounded products
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Professional license or certification as a Pharmacist (as required by the UAE) is mandatory
• 4-6 years of compounding experience minimun 1 year in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
