Role Description The Pharmacist at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics will manage the clinic pharmacy, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of medications and aesthetic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, preparing and dispensing medications, counseling clients on proper use and potential side effects, and maintaining up-to-date medication records. The Pharmacist will collaborate closely with physicians and other clinical staff to support treatment plans, monitor inventory levels, oversee storage conditions, and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and clinic policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics in New Cairo.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately review prescriptions, prepare doses, and dispense medications in a clinical or aesthetic setting.
• Strong client counseling skills, including explaining medication use, side effects, and safety considerations in clear, accessible language.
• Competence in medication management, inventory control, and proper storage, including handling controlled and specialty products.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards, with a commitment to compliance and patient safety.
• Effective collaboration skills for working with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and current pharmacist license/registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Previous experience in clinical, hospital, or aesthetic/dermatology pharmacy is preferred.
• Comfort with using electronic medical records, pharmacy software, and basic office applications.
