Splendid Pharma is currently hiring Product Manager

Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Gynecology specialty is a

MUST

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to Identify new opportunities.

• Manage the launch and promotion of new products.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, support and marketing tools.

• Monitor product performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work closely with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLS) and healthcare professionals.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting for assigned products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager.

• Good relationships with Gynecologist, maternity hospitals and IVF doctors

• Proven success in new product launches is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.

• Holding an MBA or Marketing Diploma is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Highly energetic, proactive, and results-driven.
