🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Help organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal events
- Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for people
