🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
  • Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal events
  • Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for people
