Pediatrician / General Practitioner with Pediatric Experience- Home Healthcare

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Pediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients in their homes. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring children while coordinating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric assessments, examinations, and home visits.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and medical conditions.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medical interventions.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans when required.
• Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate parents/caregivers regarding the child’s condition, treatment, and home care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
• Follow DHA regulations, clinical guidelines, and company policies.
• Respond appropriately to urgent pediatric medical concerns and provide referrals when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBBS/MD with Pediatrics experience or specialization.
• Valid DHA License/Eligibility.
• Previous home healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Hiring for a bilingual candidate, fluent in English & Tagalog; however, other candidates are also welcome to submit their CVs.
• Driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
