Bloom Plus Poly Clinic LLC is a boutique, multi-specialty healthcare center in International City, Dubai, delivering premium yet affordable care. Our clinic currently offers services in Pediatrics, Gynecology, Dentistry, and General Medicine, with plans to expand across the UAE and internationally.

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU/PICU Trained Nurse with expertise in establishing intravenous (IV) lines in neonates and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence in pediatric nursing, patient-centered care, and fostering a supportive team environment.Role Overview

As a NICU/PICU Nurse at Bloom Plus, you will:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Actively contribute to building the clinic’s reputation and enhancing patient experience.
• Support a positive, family-friendly work culture for patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients.
• Expertly establish and maintain IV lines in neonates and children, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs, clinical conditions, and responses to treatments.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients’ families regarding treatment plans and care practices.
• Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – minimum requirement.
• Valid DHA License in Dubai (or eligibility for licensure).
• Minimum 1 year of NICU/PICU experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in IV therapy in neonatal and pediatric populations.
• BLS Certification required; PALS and NRP preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and nursing excellence.
