Job Description

A child’s first dental experience shapes their attitude for life. At DentalDate, we create a calm, warm, premium environment where children feel safe — and where early care lays the foundation for healthy bite and jaw development. We’re looking for a Pediatric Dentist who combines clinical excellence with genuine kindness toward young patients.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — Please read before applying

Applications without clinical cases will not be reviewed. To be considered, you must submit clinical documentation of your cases with BEFORE and AFTER records — clinical photographs and radiographs (or CBCT images), together with a brief description of the diagnosis and treatment performed.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide preventive and restorative care for children — caries treatment, ICON, sealants, professional hygiene
  • Manage anxious patients with behavior guidance, sedation, and general anesthesia where indicated
  • Spot early functional and orthodontic issues and collaborate with our gnathology and pediatric-orthodontics team
  • Guide and reassure parents through every step

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Dentistry with pediatric specialization
  • DHA license (or eligibility to obtain it)
  • A patient, friendly manner with children and families
  • Experience with sedation/GA pediatric protocols is a plus; fluent English required

What we offer:

  • A cozy, child-friendly premium clinic across two Dubai locations (City Walk & Jumeirah)
  • Modern equipment and a supportive multidisciplinary team
  • Continuous professional development and international training
  • Competitive package starting at AED 30,000/month. Specific terms are reviewed at the interview stage following an initial application review.

Send your CV together with your clinical cases. CV only — without cases — will not move forward.
