We’re Hiring – Patient Relations Executive

NADZ Healthcare is looking for a friendly, professional, and patient-focused Patient Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients with their inquiries and concerns
Maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
Handle patient feedback and ensure a positive experience
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal teams
Support patient communication and service coordination
Maintain accurate patient records and information

Requirements:
Previous experience in patient relations, customer service, healthcare, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and empathetic approach
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Healthcare experience in the UAE is an advantage
