Patient Experience Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing patient experience programs in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead patient experience strategy and service excellence initiatives.
  • Manage patient feedback channels, complaints, and service recovery.
  • Conduct patient rounding and ensure high-quality interactions across all touchpoints.
  • Implement training on communication, empathy, and service standards.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction KPIs and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Patient Experience Manager within a healthcare facility.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Experience with patient feedback systems, complaints management, and service improvement.

Preferred

Experience in JCI/ISO‑accredited hospitals.
 

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (Service Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
