 We’re Hiring: Patient Experience Lead

We are looking for a high-performing, sales-focused Patient Experience Lead to join our clinic team. This role is perfect for someone who can turn patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional, high-touch clinic experience. You’ll drive revenue, maximize lead conversion, and build long-term patient relationships from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.

What You’ll Do
• Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, Social media platforms, and email with a consultative sales approach.
• Qualify leads, identify patient needs, and recommend suitable treatments
• Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings
• Follow up consistently to increase treatment uptake and revenue
• Collaborate with doctors and medical staff on treatment plans and pricing discussions
• Track lead performance, conversion rates, and patient feedback to optimize strategies
• Train and motivate front-line staff to meet conversion and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in sales, patient coordination, client conversion, or call center operations
✔ Strong call center background with high-volume inbound/outbound handling preferred
✔ Experience in aesthetic or medical clinics is a plus
✔ Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and upselling skills
✔ Confident, persuasive communicator with a patient-first sales mindset
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven
✔ Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
