We are seeking a professional and personable Patient Coordinator / Customer Service Executive to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking female with a strong background in the aesthetics or healthcare industry, skilled in delivering exceptional patient experiences and handling front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
Provide accurate information about treatments, services, and packages
Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate with medical and aesthetic teams to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Upsell clinic services and promote ongoing offers when appropriate
Resolve patient concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
Requirements:
Female candidate (as per role requirement)
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic or healthcare setting is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, organized, and customer-focused
Proficient in clinic management systems and basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales within an aesthetic or cosmetic environment
Knowledge of skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures
