PATIENT COORDINATOR

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact
for our patients, ensuring smooth communication, seamless
appointments, and a positive experience at every step.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome patients and manage appointments
• Handle inquiries via phone, email & in-person
• Coordinate with doctors & departments for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and data
• Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and experience
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team

  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in a similar role in healthcare is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and patient management systems
• Well-groomed, professional and service-oriented
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  Additional languages such as Tagalog.
  Hindi or Urdu are an advantage as we
